BGM GROUP SALARY SAVINGS PLAN AND TRUST Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Up to 100% of pretax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer makes a safe harbor contribution equal to 3% of a participant’s eligible compensation and may make a matching contribution that applies up to 6% of participant deferrals, with a total discretionary matching contribution not exceeding 4% of a participant’s eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are vested immediately in their contributions and employer contributions, plus actual earnings thereon. To be eligible for the discretionary profit sharing contribution, a participant must be employed on the last day of the plan year and have completed at least 1,000 hours of service.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: Yes, the Plan allows for in-plan Roth rollover contributions.
