1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees may contribute up to 100% of pretax or after-tax eligible compensation, up to the maximum amount permitted by the Internal Revenue Code.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The company makes a qualified non-elective safe-harbor contribution equal to 3% of a participant’s eligible compensation. The company may also make discretionary profit-sharing contributions, although no profit-sharing contributions were made in 2022 and 2021.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are 100% vested in their contributions and qualified non-elective safe-harbor employer contributions immediately. Vesting in the company’s matching contribution is based on years of continuous service, with a participant being 100% vested after 6 years of credited service and beginning with graduated vesting at 20% after 2 years of credited service. Eligibility requires completion of three months of service and being age 21 or older.
