DNV GL USA, INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 75% of eligible compensation to the plan.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer makes non-discretionary matching contributions of 50% of the first 8% of eligible participants’ deferrals for a maximum match of 4% of eligible compensation. DNV GL USA, Inc. employees who were formerly GL USA employees hired prior to January 1, 2015 receive a match of 100% on the first 8% of eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants vest 25% after one year of service, 50% after two years of service, and are 100% vested after three years of service. A participant shall be immediately vested upon death, retirement, early retirement date (age 55), or disability.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: The plan allows for Roth salary deferral contributions.
