1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to the amount allowed by law of annual compensation, with a maximum of $19,500 in 2021, plus catch-up contributions of up to $6,500 for those age 50 or older.

2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer contributes 100% of the participant's elective deferral that does not exceed 3% of the participant's compensation, plus 50% of each participant's elective deferral in excess of 3% but not in excess of 5% of the participant's compensation.

3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their voluntary contributions and the Company's Safe Harbor contributions, and discretionary profit sharing contributions plus actual earnings thereon. Eligibility requires completing ninety days of service and being age twenty-one or older.

4. Roth 401(k) Contributions: The plan allows after-tax Roth contributions.
