HARRIS ASSOCIATES L.P. PROFIT SHARING AND SAVINGS PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees may contribute up to 50 percent of their annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: Harris makes a discretionary profit sharing contribution equal to 12 percent of the participant’s annual compensation and non-elective safe harbor contributions equal to three percent of the participant’s annual compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are 100% vested in their Rollover, After-Tax, 401(k), and Safe Harbor Accounts. For the Profit Sharing Account, participants will be 100% vested after three years of service, upon reaching age 65, becoming disabled, or death. Eligibility for vesting service requires completing 1,000 or more hours of service per year.
4. Roth 401(k) contribution is allowed.
