HLP B PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: No employee contributions are allowed.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Partnership made a discretionary contribution of 3 percent to each nonpartner participant and a discretionary contribution ranging between 0 percent and 6.67 percent to each partner participant based upon eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: The vesting schedule ranges from 20 percent after two years of service, increasing by 20 percent for each additional year until reaching 100 percent after six years. All employees are eligible to participate on the date of employment.
