1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants can generally contribute the lesser of $20,500 for 2022, or 100% of their total compensation, and additional after-tax contributions up to $61,000 for 2022, or 100% of total annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Firm contributes equal to a percentage of a participant's compensation (up to $305,000 in 2022) based on the participant's attained age at the beginning of the Plan year.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: A participant’s interest in the Firm contributions is 20% vested after two years of service, increasing at the rate of 20% per year, fully vested after six years of service. Non-elective Firm contributions are made on behalf of participants who are at least age 21 and have completed one year of service.
4. It allows Roth 401(k) contribution.
