1. Employee Contribution Rates: Up to 50% of pre-tax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: 100% match on the first 6% of eligible compensation deferred.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are 100% vested in employer contributions at all times; all employees are eligible to participate immediately upon hire, except those covered by collective bargaining agreements, leased employees, non-resident aliens, and part-time or seasonal employees.
