1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 100 percent of pretax annual compensation.

2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer will make a non-elective contribution equal to a uniform percentage of each Participant's compensation for the plan year (Safe Harbor Contributions). Additionally, profit-sharing amounts may be contributed at the option of the Company’s board of directors, and employees must complete a year of service during the plan year and be actively employed on the last day of the plan year to share in the Company’s profit-sharing contributions.

3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are vested immediately in their elective contributions and employer safe harbor contributions plus actual earnings. A participant becomes 100 percent vested after six years of credited service. Full and immediate vesting occurs upon attainment of normal retirement age, death, or disability. Eligibility requires completion of one year of service and being at least 21 years of age.
