1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 60% of their eligible annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 100% of the first 4% of employee contributions plus 50% of the next 2% of contributions.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Non-bargaining participants are 100% vested after two years of credited service. Bargaining participants' vesting is determined by the respective Appendix to the Plan Agreement.
