VIAD CORP CAPITAL ACCUMULATION PLAN Contribution & Match Policy

1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 50% of their eligible compensation.

2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 100% of each participant’s pre-tax and Roth deferral contributions up to 3% of eligible compensation, and an additional 50% on the next 2% of contributions, leading to an overall maximum matching contribution of 4% of eligible compensation.

3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: All matching contributions are 100% vested and non-forfeitable. Eligibility requires employees to work at least 1,000 hours during a consecutive 12-month period and be paid a regular fixed compensation.
